Bosal launches retrofit LCV catalyst/particulate filter in UK

The exhaust system manufacturer Bosal has developed a maintenance-free combined oxidation catalyst and diesel exhaust particulate filter for LCVs called Oxycat, which will typically cut a Euro 3 vehicle's particulate emissions to Euro 4 levels, reports the SMMT’s CV Newsbrief. Bosal says the device can be retrofitted to vans and light trucks up to 3.5 tonnes GVW, and costs “well under £500”.
