EEMS Hybrid Seminar moved to Silverstone

The venue for the hybrid technology seminar hosted Motorsport Development UK’s Energy Efficient Motor Sport initiative on December 10, has been changed to the Innovation Centre at the UK’s Silverstone race circuit near Northampton.
The event which will explore the relationship between the use of hybrid/KERS technologies in motorsport and the wider automotive industry, while also highlighting potential new applications in motorsport, will feature speakers from a range of technical backgrounds. These include Jon Hilton the owner of Flybrid Systems which has been developing a kinetic energy recovery system for motorsport applications, David Hemmings the head of engineering at Prodrive and Paul Andrews from Oaktec, which develops and races production based hybrid Honda cars
